I am a paid endorser for Tiny Love and received compensation including free product, for support of Tiny Love and its products.

We received some “happy mail” from Tiny Love a few days ago, and what we found in those boxes have definitely made my children happy!
Even my three year old is obsessed with our new Gymini Deluxe activity mat and the Super Mat. I keep having to remind him to be calm and not flail around like a wild man, as his instincts instruct him to do.

I’m going to talk a little bit about each item individually:
First, the Gymini Deluxe activity mat. We have had the same old activity mat since Leopold was a baby, and Finley was clearly getting bored and growing out of it super fast.
The great thing about the Gymini is that it will grow with her and she will be able to use it for a while! I love the black and white high contrast designs, and the cute forest characters that are all inspired by real historical pioneers. Babies are fascinated and stimulated by black and white patterns from day one, so this mat is perfect for newborns and up!
Tiny Love focuses on encouraging the “Seven Developmental Wonders” which are: Cognition, Language and Communication, Fine Motor Skills, Senses, Gross Motor Skills, Imagination and Creativity, and Emotional Intelligence.

Finley has always been a pro at tummy time and holding her head up. She can roll, but she doesn’t do it much.
I think one day she’s just going to take off crawling, because she can get around pretty well by moving her arms and ‘inch worming’ across the floor. Leopold used to just pass out when he did tummy time! The Gymini encourages tummy time as well as both fine and gross motor skills.
Tiny Love’s Definitions-
Fine motor skills: related to the hand, palm and finger muscles as well as to the muscles surrounding the mouth and eyes.
Gross motor skills: related to muscles in charge of less delicate functions such as sitting, crawling, walking and more.

I love the different toys attached to this mat. They each have a different function such as crinkling, tinkling, or making music when baby activates it.
The mat is very versatile which helps keep things interesting! The hooks that the toys hang from can slide up and down the arches and the toys can be switched around as you please for varying developmental stages.
The axis that is holding the arches up has the ability to slide down two of the arms, causing the overhead arch to lay back and out of the way for babies who are able to sit up and want to engage with the mat in different ways. I tend to use it in this way for Finley a lot, but Leopold always asks for me to put it back up so he can act like a baby.

Finley seems to love the ‘tinkling’ toy the best (that’s how I can best describe the noise it makes) and she’s always grabbing for it and ‘fighting’ it.

Next, we received the Super Mat, which is great for play at home or on the go! It folds up and fits into a convenient carrying case (it will also close up for transport without the case). This mat is padded and comfy and is full of fun and engaging activities such as a crinkle flap, a teething toy, ribbon tabs and more.

I feel good about letting Finley practice sitting up on this mat, too. While she is pretty good at it, she still tends to fall over unexpectedly.
I’ll admit it’s a little funny watching her plop over and just lie there as if to say “what now?” but only because I can see that she’s not hurt or upset! With the Super Mat, she can gain confidence sitting up without her Boppy pillow supporting her and I don’t have to worry about her hitting her head and getting hurt!

Finley’s favorite feature is the crinkle flap. Every time I set her down on the mat she spins around until she finds it and then tries her best to eat it! She has always been a fan of crinkle toys, and these Tiny Love mats have no shortage of them!

As an added bonus, we also received the Take Along Mobile from Tiny Love.
This product is SO neat because as the name states, you can take it anywhere! It’s very versatile because it comes with an arm you can affix to the side of a crib or pack and play, but you can easily unclip the mobile from the arm and clip it anywhere it will fit!
We used it in the car, where she sometimes gets upset, and she passed right out! It takes 3AA batteries and will play soft lullabies and turn slowly for 30 minutes before shutting off. You can use it just about anywhere. I clipped it above her car seat in our car and the clip fit perfectly so that I am confident it won’t accidentally come flying off if I slam on the brakes.

Going along with the theme of our mats, we got the black and white version. There are other colors and themes available on their website but we love the monochrome look!

So to sum it all up, my review of these products is extremely positive! One thing I didn’t see listed on the site (and have already been asked) is how they clean up. I haven’t gotten here yet but I will try to update when I have had to deal with it! The material makes it seem like a good wipe down every now and then will do the trick. If anything I may do a hand wash if it ever comes down to it!
If you don’t know already, I always try to give my completely honest opinion when reviewing products for you! This was a sponsored post but these opinions are all my own! Thank you so much Tiny Love for these awesome developmental baby products!

Omg that Finley cry face ?
But seriously, I love that both kids love it so much! Especially since big brothers obviously need to test everything for baby sisters ?
It’s an important part of the job!!
